For this reason they are also called pressostatic balloons.<br \/>\nThe pressure difference between inside and outside is very few PA: in fact, 150 PA are sufficient<br \/>\nto support any structure. This difference is maintained by one or more<br \/>\ninflation, integrated with the heating system.<\/p>\n<p>When the balloon is pressurized, the system does not have to operate at maximum power, but<br \/>\nonly maintain internal pressure. On the contrary at the presence of special weather conditions,<br \/>\nsuch as wind and snow, the engine will have to work at full power to increase the internal pressure and<br \/>\nkeep the structure safe.<\/p>\n<p>So far, to cope with the weather conditions and leakage present, modules have been provided that are<br \/>\nheavily oversized and unable to adapt to various conditions of use, since the motors<br \/>\nused do not have the ability to modulate their rotational speed and power input,<br \/>\nresulting in substantial and constant power consumption throughout the 24 hours.<br \/>\nConstant use of motors at full power results in higher electricity costs,<br \/>\ngreater noise pollution and higher maintenance costs, wearing out faster<br \/>\nmechanical parts.<\/p>\n<p>To limit\/eliminate all these inconveniences, the PRESS system uses an Inverter that can modulate<br \/>\nthe speed and power of the motors, thanks to an electronically managed smart system.<br \/>\nThanks to sensors inside and outside the PRESS, the Inverter regulates the work of the systems,<br \/>\neven reaching savings of 70 percent (savings depend on the type of motor and how many years<br \/>\nis in operation).<\/p>\n<p><em>According to feedback provided by sports clubs, which have already adopted the PRESS system,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>the investment pays for itself after one or two seasons of operation, thanks to lower<\/em><br \/>\n<em>energy costs.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The PRESS SYSTEM<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The PRESS system is an excellent tool for sports clubs and others to decrease consumption and<br \/>\noffer better service.<br \/>\nIn addition to switching to electronic motor control using the Inverter, the advice is to<br \/>\nuse high-efficiency motors, considering whether to replace the old motor with a new<br \/>\ngeneration.<\/p>\n<p>Other necessary actions are:<br \/>\n&#8211; Optimize the mechanical transmission;<br \/>\n&#8211; Change the transmission ratios to obtain maximum efficiency from the fan;<br \/>\n&#8211; Insulate the structure, to avoid unnecessary air leakage.<br \/>\nAn industrial controller controls the Inverter according to indoor and outdoor conditions,<br \/>\nlowering and increasing the motor speed and consequently consumption.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">PRESS 4.0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Press 4.0 was created as an upgrade for the PRESS system, allowing the PRESS system to be connected<br \/>\nto our cloud.<br \/>\nIt provides real-time monitoring with cell phone alarms, ex: snow, power failure,<br \/>\nengine blockage.<br \/>\nIt allows you to set the speed remotely, having an always up-to-date system that keeps<br \/>\nhistorical statistics and can be integrated with the Gestennis service.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenetiks.it\/gestennis\/\">Gestennis<\/a> is another service offered by our company.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pressostats such as balloons and pressostructures are modern sports roofs without the classic rigid iron supporting structure.
