Conversion of a tennis court: from artificial turf to red clay

The work we are telling you about today was carried out at the Fagagna Tennis Club, on an artificial turf field that has deteriorated and cannot be used safely. In fact, the turf wears out over time, making the court nslippery. Since the installation of a new synthetic turf field involves a large expense, we proposed the conversion to a synthetic red clay court.

The intervention consisted of 3 parts:
1. The removal of the quartz layer present on the grass court;
2. The laying of red court on top of the turf. The court was compacted using only water and without the need for rolling;
3. The laying of the new lines, of the German type.

With this solution, the court got a new life with little expense.
